Azerbaijan’s Barda mourns anniversary of Armenian terror victims

During the September 27–November 10, 2020 second Karabakh war, Armenian servicemen, who could not withstand the counter-offensive of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, and fled, throwing their weapons on the battlefield, targeted the civilian population in the cities of Barda, Ganja and Tartar.

In Barda, two people, one of them a woman, were killed in the city as a result of the explosions of shells fired from missiles and artillery installations.

The Karabakh bureau of Report informs that one of the civilians martyred by Armenians in Barda is Javid Rustamov. Ruxsara Agayeva, the wife of the deceased, said that she had been in telephone contact with him three times before the incident. Now, Javid's family says though it is hard to get used to his absence, they remain resolute. They say that the liberation of Azerbaijani lands today means that Javid's blood was not shed in vain.

We should note that two civilians were killed in the Armenian terrorist attack in Barda on October 5, 2020. Civilians, who were victims of the Armenian terror during the Patriotic War, were granted the martyr status.
